Overview:
The National Sales Manager is responsible for creating group revenue for Casetta Group portfolio wide by generating new, referred and repeat group business. The National Sales Manager will be highly focused on all Southern California properties with a cross selling goal of properties not located within the Southern California region, as well as properties in development.

Primary sales efforts are focused on group opportunities and include prospecting, qualifying incoming business leads, negotiating, contracting and planning. Duties also include facilitating communication before, during and post events/meetings with pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service. Manage group sales accounts with 5+ rooms across all Casetta properties as well as a responsibility to potentially sell house memberships for the Casetta Club at Hotel Lucile.
Role in detail:
The National Sales Manager creates group revenue for the hotel by generating and/or developing new, referred, and repeat group business. This role will work remote in Los Angeles until Hotel Lucile opens in Silverlake, and then the role will work from property as well as traveling throughout market.
Minimum three years of sales / sales coordinator role with one year directly focused in hospitality.
Base salary: $65,000 - $75,000 plus incentive program and bonus potential
