About: Casetta Group is a hotel management company, overseeing The Pearl in San Diego, Casa Cody in Palm Springs, Marina Riviera in Big Bear, The Surfrider in Malibu, CA, as well as Hotel Willa in Taos, New Mexico, Hotel Lucile in Silver Lake, Los Angeles and a hotel in Hudson, NY; currently being renovated.
Position Overview: Support the sales and marketing efforts of Casetta Group by coordinating various tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department.
Location: Palm Springs based – Casa Cody and office hours at home
Schedule: Part-time at 28 – 32 hours per week to start. Potential to go full time as hotels open. Growth from within encouraged – start or grow your hospitality career!
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager and VP of Sales and Marketing
Qualifications & Experience: Prefer Hotel experience as a hotel coordinator, front desk agent or in a hotel restaurant, but willing to train the right candidate with administrative experience.
Wages: $18/hour with potential for a share of sales bonus if the team hits quotas, as well as potential for the share in the service fee split at weekend events
