Casetta’s culinary programs seek to tell the same stories as the hotels they’re a part of - with an emphasis on local purveyors and regional specialities. Simple, and always tasty. Here for you to grab your favorite seat at the bar or poolside. As part of our sustainability initiatives, each hotel is home to an edible garden, tended to and utilized by our culinary team for seasonal beverages and dishes.
A nod to the classic mercantiles of the American Southwest, the Marketplace at Casa Cody is a curated lifestyle space to connect, taste, delight and discover.
